Moving on with our main topic-
Kanye West's decision to jump into the election ring has come after the recent unrest & massive protests against racism & discrimination being faced by the non-white American residents in the US. The USA has seen huge protests with worldwide hashtag trends which were indicative of huge turbulence in the US while most states of America have already been heavily impacted by the covid19 pandemic.

#BlackLivesMatter trended on Twitter & other social media platforms worldwide, for many days. The trend picked up and was consequently supported by Twitter users from other countries as well.

There were violent protests predominantly by people of African origin and non-white American residents after the death of George Floyd, a non-white American, around a month back. George's death happened while he was in the custody of Minneapolis police.

George Floyd- What happened exactly?
On May 25 2020, Minneapolis police officials had arrested George Floyd for having used counterfeit bills, as per the police officials. A store manager called 911 saying, "Mr. George Floyd bought cigarettes using a fake $20 bill.

Police officials arrived on the scene & arrested George. Derek Chauvin, who was a 'white' police officer, had knelt on George's neck for allegedly more than 8 minutes.

Derek knelt on George's neck when he was lying on the ground on his stomach with his hands handcuffed behind his back. This had lead to George's suffocation & ultimately death. According to an eye witness George had not resisted any of the police official's action. He was co-operating while humbly requesting the official to allow him to breathe. "I can't breathe", he pleaded & kept pleading, but the police official did not relent.

Who was the eye witness in George Floyd's case?
Maurice Lester Hall, Floyd's friend, was the eye witness. All during this incident he was seated in George Floyd's car on the passenger seat. He narrated that George Floyd did not put up any resistance, co-operated & in all humbleness kept requesting the police officials to let him know what it was all about. Later he was pleading humbly to allow him to breathe.

Hall was so terrified of the incident that he fled Minneapolis after George Floyd's death.

Derek Chauvin, the police official only got up after the para medics had arrived and asked him to get off. A total of more than 8 minutes since Derek was kneeling on George's neck & more than 1 minute had passed since George was lying motionless on the ground with Derek's knees still on George's neck, as shown in the image above.

This incident had lead to nationwide protests in the US. The video which had recorded the incident was of a total duration of 8 minutes & 46 seconds.

8 minutes and 46 seconds
The total duration for which George was held against the ground by Derek while kneeling on his neck is 8 minutes & 46 seconds. Some reports suggest it was 8 minutes & 15 seconds. However 8 minutes & 46 seconds was trending on social media, world wide. It had become a banner & a rallying cry for nationwide protests.

The following day Minneapolis Police department fired all the 4 police officials; Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J Alexander Kueng & Tou Thou; who were present at the scene, with immediate effect. All the 4 were imprisoned & Derek, the police official seen in the videos kneeling on George's neck, was charged with third degree murder & second degree manslaughter charges by the Hennepin County attorney, Mike Freeman, on May 29.

Hennepin County prosecutors pressed a more serious second degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin on June 3 citing that even though Mr. George Floyd had already lost his consciousness yet Mr. Derek Chauvin did not take his knee of Mr. Floyd's neck 1 minute 20 seconds after para medics had arrived at the scene.

The other 3 officers, Thomas Lane, J Alexander Kueng & Tou Thou,  had charges of aiding and abetting second degree murder pressed against them.

8 minutes OR 7 minutes?
People were having heated discussions about the total duration of the incident. Some said it was 7 minutes 46 seconds, some said just over 8 minutes while some said it was 8 minutes and 46 seconds. However Jamar Nelson who supports the crime victims & the families of crime victims in Minneapolis area shot back saying, "the bottom line is it was long enough to kill him, long enough to execute him."

The United States has seen protests over discrimination & racism being leveled against the 'whites' quite a few times in the last decade. However the protests which started after George Floyd's death have really rocked the nation which is already marred by the corona virus pandemic.

The protests were staged at a crucial time as the US is gearing up for the US presidential elections around the middle of November 2020.

With the protests by the predominantly 'non-white' Americans, the elections around the corner comes Kanye West's declaration that he would be running for the post of the US President in the 2020 US elections.

Why is Kanye West running for the US presidential elections 2020?
Experts are pointing to 2 possibilities:-
1) This could be a ploy by Donald Trump himself to split up the votes. As the Trump leadership appears to be on the back-foot because of the way they have handled the corona virus pandemic. The number of people affected by the covid19 pandemic has shot up in the US & currently US stands as the top country having the maximum number of infected cases.

Since last 3 days i.e 1st, 2nd & 3rd July the number of new reported cases of covid-19 positive cases was in excess of 50,000 cases per day with the highest confirmed, reported cases being 54,500. With the US independence day celebrations on the 4th of July 2020, the number of new cases coming up daily could shoot further up.

Being number one on the charts in the total number of covid-19 cases as well as number of new caes springing up daily is an unenviable position, a tag which the US & the POTUS could do without, specially with the elections to be held around November.

Experts say this could be a desperate ploy by Trump as the Republican Party nominee appears to be
weak footed against Joe Biden, the Democrats Party contender for the POTUS post in the 2020 elections. Most of the analysis & predictions have been predicting Joe Biden as the favorite to win the elections.

With the George Floyd's incident, United States was marred by nationwide protests which took violent turns at some states & counties, there is also an air of resentment against the Trump administration.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. or Joe Biden appears to be a strong & formidable opponent to Trump. He has views leaning towards the Left which is diametrically opposite to Donald Trump's views. Most of the Americans, unhappy with the US' inability to control the spread of corona virus or covid19 cases in the country & having feelings of resentment due to existing racism would want to turn away from Trump.

This is a big reason for Trump to worry about as even some of Trump's loyalists have been a part of protests against the current US President Donald Trump.

2) Probably rapper Kanye West, husband of Kimberly Kardashian or Kim Kardashian has some political aspirations. A big advantage could be he is a 'non-white' American rapper. And he wants to cash in on all of these anti-Trump, anti-US administration sentiments which are being aired.

What the reality is, we are probably going to find out rather sooner than later.

Where is God? Spiritualism and Cosmos.

Where is God

'Where is God?' - in childhood we had this question in our 'Moral Science' books, remember? And we have heard read the answer as well! "God is everywhere." Is it not? How do we understand this? How can one get himself/herself to believe the existence of God?

[Are you looking for paid online writing jobs? Click here]

There are those who belong to the category of the atheists. They do not believe in the existence of God. Really? So the atheists want to say that there is no supreme cosmic force that rules the cosmos. The one almighty cosmic force that makes, governs the law of nature does not seem to exist in the dictionary of the atheists. I wonder how do atheists explain the phenomena of life, birth & death on this planet.

Can any atheist explain how is the respiration of living beings regulated? When a living being is inhaling does he forcefully take his breath inside? If yes then he should be able to breathe even when he/she is about to 'take his last breath'. Even after 'taking last breath' one should be able to suck air inside his/her body by force if breathing was being carried out voluntarily. Is it not?

Can any atheist explain at the time of birth, how and why does the mother start lactating? For the newborn child the milk that is formed within the mother's body is neither very hot/nor too cold, it is neither very sweet/nor totally tasteless. It is just perfect for the new born child. It does not get spoilt/go sour even though it is not refrigerated - these excerpts were taken from the religious discourse of Indian Saint Shri AsaramJi Bapu. Such a wonderfully impeccable explanation!

Where is God
Let us try to understand God via the classical example of Fish & Water. Let us imagine a ball which is full of water. Absolutely full. Not even 1 cubic millimeter of space is left void/vacant. Every cubic unit of space is filled with water. And there is a fish swimming in the water. Now water represents God! Fish represents all living/non-living beings. Water is inside the fish as well as outside it. Similarly God is inside as well as outside the living organisms. Water pervades the entire space. In the same way, God is present everywhere. This is an apt description, explanation via an analogy; to understand the concept of God.

If one tries to reach out to God as though He is your companion; He will come to you as your companion. Reach out to Him as though He is your master and He will show your supplications through your master, regardless of whether your master is bogus and oblivious. Approach Him as if you are an agnostic or an atheist and He will fortify your confidence in that conviction and make Himself undetectable and inaccessible to you. If you love Him in the form of an idol with complete confidence and He will unquestionably guide you via those very statues, which others may ridicule and disparage as unimportant statues.

God manifests himself in incredibly unbelievable forms to all his creations. He is the guiding power, who does not deny any solicitation and is ever ready to help all His devotees, children, creations in the manner they approach Him. He is the provider and the supporter, who rewards both the great and the despicably terrible in the same, manner as per their wants, considerations, fears and goals. Since there are no restrictions to what you may ask and what He may give, you must be cautious about your petitions and your desires in the light of the fact that eventually what you look for is a piece of your karma. On the off chance that your expectations are obfuscated and loaded with malign intentions, you will have to ultimately bear the consequences.

I got to know most of the Fat loss methods do not work because the root cause of failure to Lose fat is not treated. The root cause is the obesity hormone or Leptin. Leptin provides resistance to any fat loss procedures which are being implemented.

When the body is in a stage of ‘Leptin Resistance’ your brain is starved and your body is obese. The brain cannot see that your body is already obese. This can create a continuous unending food-craving and resist any of the above procedures for fat loss which is being followed.

There is an article I read which explained it in detail about Leptin hormone, it's resistance to fat loss & also provided a solution. You can read it by clicking here

Is Bollywood anti-Hindu?

Yes. A BIG YES. I will explain with examples.

Anti Hindu salman khan Kick

Remember the movie “Kick”? In this the name of the protagonist, played by Salman Khan, is Devi Lal Singh. In this movie there is a song, “jumme ki raat hai - allaa bachaae”. Tell me y will “Devi Lal Singh” dance on ‘jumme ki raat-alla…”

Remember the movie “Wanted”?

Anti Hindu salman khan Wanted

In this movie the name of the protagonist is “Radhe”, played by Salman Khan. There is a scene in this movie when Radhe goes to meet the gangster, in whose gang he starts working later, for the first time. While talking to this gangster, the conversation is interrupted twice when Radhe gets two phonecalls. In 1 phone call the conversation is about slippers getting robbed from a mosque. Radhe speaks on phone saying, “masjid k bahar se chappal chori nai hoti, jise zarurat hoti hai, vo le k jata hai”. One wonders what has Radhe got to do with talking about a masjid/mosque? The image shown above is a pic from the same scene.

A gangster in the movie Raees is eulogized. He is shown, I repeat, a gangster is shown as a man who is good and is actually the victim. The presentation of a gangster is like the hero of the masses.

Anti Hindu shahrukh khan Raees

Apart from these instances one can easily remember and recall movies in which Hindu Saints, Gods, traditions are mocked at by Bollywood. Hinduism and Hindu beliefs are made out to be the laughing stock and people have now accepted it. They either pass it off as a joke or just bear it silently, even if they don't like it.

Remember “Singham Returns” movie? In this movie initially Ajay Devgan, a senior police officer, is shown saluting a masjid/mosque along with his entire police squad. Why would a police officer salute a mosque? There were a lot of protests over that scene. People met Ajay Devgan personally to get this scene removed/deleted.

Aamir Khan mocks Indian traditions. He questions the faith of Hindus in programs. He tries to motivate people asking them to refrain from offering milk to Lord Shiv ji. He says Hindu traditions are regressive but he does not find burqa(veil), Triple Talaq(TT) and halala prevalent in the religion that he follows as regressive. He does not try to reform the people who enforce burqa, TT & halala on the masses.

I don't understand what possibly favourable outcome does Bollywood expect out of this appeasement? Hinduism definitely has been a soft target since many decades.

The Hindus are probably in excess of 75% by population. Yet Bollywood continues to bash Hindus up in its movies. Mocking Hindu traditions and customs, making fun of Sanatan Dharma rituals is a fashion & much followed trend by Bollywood.

Bollywood sets standards which are then picked up by the naive crowd. A crowd in which the youngsters, kids have been brought up by their ignorant parents. The Hindu parents who chose to be secular and themselves mocked, questioned, ridiculed the traditions, rituals of Sanatan Dharma/Hinduism. The kids never saw their father taking pride in the glorious past of Hinduism & were never taught about the inherent greatness of Hindu culture by their mothers. They preferred to be the 'cool', liberal & secular parents.

They have grown up in an environment where they have witnessed an acceptance of the despise, mocking which Hinduism receives. Growing up when you see people mocking or laughing at a boy who applies Tilak on his forehead or sports a 'shikha'(longer hair strands on topmost part of the scalp), thus making the poor boy feel inferior or questioning a girl when she applies mehndi has trained their minds subonsciously into submission whenever a direct or a masked insult to their culture/traditions is hurled at them.

Bollywood has been taking advantage of this subconscious submission of Hindus, specially the secular Hindus till now.

Bollywood movies, Jihad & what is wrong with Bollywood?

Very few things seem to be right with Bollywood. The money that is needed and used to make movies in Bollywood comes from D@w00d & other similar personalities. Hence Bollywood has to please those people or carry out their orders. They cannot afford to annoy a certain section of the crowd.
Let's start with Mahesh Bhatt. He was involved in an infamous lip lock with his own daughter Pooja Bhatt. What do you expect from him or his movies? What would be his contribution in shaping the future of the young minds of India?

The connection or ‘over-friendliness’ of Bollywood with the enemies of our nation is not unknown & is not a news.

It should not be difficult to guess why does Aamir Khan do movies like PK & serials like ‘Satyamev Jayate’.

Bollywood is always more than ready to please only a section of the Indian crowd.

What could be right in glorifying a gangster and portraying a gangster as a victim of the society & ‘good from the bottom of his heart’?

Check this out! Who or what exactly is Ajay Devgan saluting?

People howl and ostracize an individual if he is raising a proper issue. Sonu Nigam raised an appropriate issue of noise pollution by az@@n. He was harassed and people( whole of Bollywood) stopped working with him.
Bollywood has movies made by someone like Mahesh Bhatt, with money coming from people who are wanted by the police(Indian police & Interpol), people like Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan etc act in it, glorifying & pleasing a section of the crowd… What else could go wrong?

What is Hindutva? What is Hinduism?

Hindutva is a way of life. Hinduism is believing all living beings have a right to live a 'respected life' & co-exist peacefully along with other fellow beings.

Hindutva - swapnilized.blogspot

It is believed that every child born in any corner of the world is Hindu. After Baptism, circumcision etc. other rituals the new born baby’s faith/religion is changed.

Hinduism & Hindutva - swapnilized.blogspot

Hindutva gives the following lessons for mankind in particular( for the living beings in general). Nothing is permanent in this world. What is permanent is change. It means that everything is changing. Sorrow/loss gets converted to happiness/accomplishments. Happiness is converted into sorrow. This is a never ending cycle throughout life.

Childhood, teenage, adulthood, old age, death are all stages of life. One keeps taking birth repeatedly as humans, animals(aquatic /terrestrial), birds, insects etc till one attains salvation. Only a human being has the ability to think, do good deeds, help others and chant God's name, sing God's praises to get liberated from the circle of life and death. This is irrespective of one's religion. Every human being has the right to live a respectful life and do good deeds in the name of God to attain enlightenment. One must be compassionate & kind towards all living beings(including animals, trees & plants), not just human beings. This is what is taught in Hinduism. This is Hindutva

Neither Lord Shri Ram nor Lord Shri Krishna had established Hindu religion, they incarnated(took birth) in this religion. Lord Shri Ram, Shri Krishna, Mahaveer ji, Gautam Buddha, Guru Nanak dev ji etc were all born in Sanatan Dharma which is now known as Hinduism.

Sanatan Dharma, which is now known as Hinduism, is a way of life. Lord Shri Krishna addressed all human beings in Shrimad Bhagwad Gita & taught every one the intricacies of life on this planet. The ways to deal with happiness, sufferings, depression, sorrow, victory, defeat, achievements etc. & fulfill the ultimate purpose of life i.e get enlightened, get liberated from the circle of life and death by attaining moksh.

Lord Krishna, Lord Ram, the saints of Sanatan Dharma taught mankind how to live a fulfilled life not just by preaching verbally but also by being pristine examples of how to perform one's duties & responsibilities as a son, daughter, father, husband, mother, friend, professional, student etc by continuing to remain detached.

It is imperative to refrain from attachment and continuously make efforts to not get intoxicated by or get addicted to worldly desires. When there are instances of grief, not to completely get taken over by feelings of sorrow and depression. When one is successful in his/her respective endeavours, not to be too engrossed in enjoying. Try to remain detached and witness everything as events of life which are passing by.

It is important to be healthy, remain satiated from within and not overdo the expression of grief/happiness. Never bow down, get intimidated by atrocities or those who inflict them on living beings. Without bothering about the fruits, perform good deeds, do good karma & take a stand against injustice, lawfully.

How to get rid of toothache? Toothache at NIT Surat & IIT-Mandi. Natural remedies for toothache & dental problems

We have all experienced it. Excruciating pain in our tooth/teeth. It could be due to any reason for eg. tooth decay, cavity formed in teeth or some other possible complications.

I would say one of the luckiest people on this planet would have never experienced tooth ache in their lives.

First let me list out all the possible natural remedies that I have tried:-

1) Gargling with luke warm salt water, specially during mild toothache & just after dinner. The water should be at tolerable temperature for the insides of your mouth. In a glass-full of water, mix around 1 table spoon of salt. For best results use natural salt in granular form. If natural salt is not available use processed salt which you use for cooking.

2) Cleaning the teeth & cavities with brush & then munching/chewing tender neem leaves & keeping the saliva/juice in mouth for atleast half an hour. This procedure should be done at least 4-5 times a week just before going to sleep at night, if not daily.

3) Chewing on cloves.

4) Apply a paste made from mustard oil(rai/sarso ka tel) mixed with salt
onto your teeth. Close your mouth & keep the paste inside for alf an hour. After this you can clean your mouth & gargle with water.

5) In cold regions where there is snowfall, you can use a plant called Tirmira or Taramira. It has thorns on it's twigs & branches. You need to clean your teeth the way you clean your teeth with a neem twig(daatun). First get rid of all the thorns from the twig. Chew on the tirmira twig & keep the juices of the tirmira in your mouth for at least half an hour.

The current lifestyle of most of the urban crowd does not exhibit the required discipline to keep one's teeth in healthy condition. Apart from the lifestyle it's also about the lack of interest shown by the parents in inculcating the need to keep the teeth, mouth clean. Taking pain to get the habit of oral care enshrined in yourself by self discipline or in you kids at an early age is a facet which people lack, in today's era. It is all about basic discipline. No herculean efforts are required to keep the teeth clean. Brushing your teeth twice a day is all that is required. Not to miss out on cleaning your teeth before going to sleep. The unhealthy eating habits do not help in any way, though. The fast food consumption of the masses has increased. The food stuff which causes the teeth to rot at a quicker rate are included in more quantity in the fast foods

It is absolutely imperative to clean your teeth before going to sleep at night. That's because let's say if you go to sleep at night 22.00 hours and get up in the morning around 06.00 hours; your mouth & hence consequently your teeth remain undisturbed for a period of 8 hours. Which means if you have not brushed your teeth properly, the food particles embedded in the cavities or stuck between your teeth remain undisturbed for approximately 28,800 seconds or maybe even more. They rot & thus bacteria can feed on the food particles stuck to your teeth. In the process the bacteria keep burrowing further to deepen or increase the size of the cavity by gnawing the food particles and eating up parts of teeth in the process.

I had a horrible toothache when I was appearing for the final papers of my Engineering. The pain was really bad. It used to distract me from studies.

The worst part about a toothache is it renders you absolutely useless to d time the ache persists. Your system & routine are absolutely paralyzed. The constant nagging pain, is accompanied with a headache as well. And all you can do is either go to a dentist or wait for the pain to subside. Living with the pain every second, at least for a couple of days, is very difficult. It is not advisable to take pain killers, though when the pain is very bad most of the people do consume painkillers.

When I was in engineering, I did not want to our could not go to the dentist for 2 reasons. First reason was the expense. Second was the painful dental procedures. I found it really weird. The very thought used to bring in a lot of pain, that to relieve you of the future pain during the dental procedure to be done by the dentist, the dentist would inject painkillers in your teeth. I mean someone will use an injection to drive anaesthesia to deactivate the pain sensing nerves. And that injection will be given in my gums? What the hell? To alleviate future pain i have to go through seemingly acute pain, that too by getting injected in the gums. Is there not an easy remedy? Can I not be knocked unconscious via a general anaesthesia and then the dentist performs all the dental procedures while I am lying unconscious? That's how operations are carried out, is it not?

So these were the reasons or possible insecurities because of which I did not/could not visit a dentist. Coming to the remedial procedures which helped me survive, slowly but surely,  and get rid of the pain during that time.

There were  some neem trees in NIT SURAT campus. I used to pluck a lot of neem leaves, first clean the cavities of my teeth and brush my teeth after anything I used to eat and then I used to chew a mouthful of tender neem leaves. Keep them(crushed neem leaves and it's secreted juice) in my mouth for a while and then swallow them. The crushed neem leaves used to remain stuck in the cavities the whole night. I continued this till a month or so regularly. I got relief from the tooth ache and my teeth/gums became healthy. Then I used to munch neem leaves at night before sleep (after brushing my teeth & cleaning the cavities) a few times in a week. This stopped the decay process of my teeth.

For instant relief from pain, I had used a gaujharan ark which I got from Sant Shri Asaramji Bapu Ashram in Surat. It used to be concentrated at that time (2011). I took a mouthful of gaujharan ark, gargled with it for a few minutes. The herbs used in the preparation of 'ark' were really good. It used to give a burning sensation to the insides of my mouth while I gargled & I used to get instant relief from the tooth ache. I used to use gaujharan ark for instant relief then munch on the neem leaves. I had tried multiple mint flavored mouth wash's which my friends had, but they were of little help. Cloves also did not seem to work. I had tried many things. I stumbled upon 'gaujharan ark' and devised this munching neem leaves at night(in 2011) by thinking deeply about the mechanism of tooth decay. We really need to protect our teeth from decay at night because during the day we keep eating or drinking at regular intervals. So the same food stuff may not be stuck in the same cavity for a long duration as other, subsequent food particles may dislodge the existing food particles, when you eat again after some time and get stuck into the cavities themselves. Whatever is stuck now could be replaced by some other element that's getting chewed on when you are eating again after a few hours. So the damage is not done or maybe decay is not caused to that extent.

Apart from this you can use mustard oil(sarso/rai ka tel) with salt. Make a paste of this oil with salt. Apply it on the teeth, your gums & fill it in the cavities of your teeth.(I used to pray to god also. I used to look at this paste after preparing it and then chant "Om namo Narayana" 21 times & then apply it on my teeth & gums, so that apart from the medicinal property of this paste even God's blessings are showered in the paste. "Hey Bhagwaan! Help me. I don't want to visit a dentist").

Then you need to keep your mouth closed, with the paste applied on your teeth, for at least half an hour. Keeping mouth closed ensures that the gases formed as a result of reaction between the oil and the salt remain in your mouth, act on the bacteria & the effect is not diluted.

The neem munching process & applying oil with salt process absolutely stops the tooth decay. In places where you can't get neem, you can try clove - but you need to do it regularly.

Take 3-4 cloves, after cleaning your teeth and cavities, and chew them. Make sure these chewed-open cloves are stuck in the cavities of your teeth. Don't swallow them & go to sleep. In the morning when you brush your teeth you can spit them out. Before eating anything in the morning, you can chew some cloves and deposit the chewed cloves in the cavities of the teeth before any food particle lodges itself in your tooth/teeth cavities.

I once had to spend some time at IIT Mandi in Himachal pradesh for some project work. The moment I landed in IIT Mandi - North campus I felt a toothache(I had become careless with oral care for sometime). I started looking for neem tree. But as it(IIT Mandi - Himachal Pradesh) was a very cold region there were no neem trees. From the locals(staff and security guards) I got to know they used a plant/tree known as Tirmira(local name). They used it to brush their teeth like we use neem twigs(daatun) to clean teeth in the morning. I got some Tirmira from the security guards whom I had befriended on the IIT Mandi - North campus. The first time I chewed tirmira I felt a slight burning sensation. It reminded me of the 'gaujharan ark' and my old Engineering days in NIT Surat. I used to chew it at night for around half an hour, spit the juice out as I was not sure if the tirmira juice would be good or bad for my system if ingested. I used to swallow the neem leaves as I knew it with conviction that neem is good for our system. It cleans up and flushes our system. I was not sure about Tirmira. So i used to munch/chew Tirmira for half an hour and then spit out the juices/saliva. It worked well. I never had to seek a pain killer for my entire stay at IIT Mandi.

What I learnt at IIT Mandi, if you can't find neem at a place get in touch with the locals there explaining your toothache. There will be some equivalent of neem being used in that area by locals. You can use it. It is tirmira in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, neem in UP, Bihar, MP, Maharashtra. Other cities in South/Goa etc could have other substitutes/equivalents of neem/.tirmira India is so blessed with these herbs.

Good Morning
